We are now looking for a Senior Technical Systems Specialist for a long-term consulting assignment in property management 🏢 The assignment is located in Gothenburg with the possibility of 50% remote work.

About the assignment The assignment is related to a system change in property management, where the existing property system is replaced with a new one. The focus is on ensuring stable operations, quality in processes, and a smooth handover during the transition.

In this role, you will

• Manage the property system UPM and associated process flows for rental administration

• Support and relieve the current system manager in daily operations

• Contribute with specialist knowledge regarding structure, data, and working methods

• Ensure continuity and quality during the ongoing system change 🔧

Requirements

• At least 8 years of very good knowledge of the property system UPM, including database and system architecture

• At least 8 years of very good knowledge of property system nomenclature

• At least 8 years of very good knowledge of the rental process

• Experience from at least two municipal companies with the possibility to provide references

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written 🇸🇪

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of documentation and process descriptions

• Experience in leading or conducting training
